Returns
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items

- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene reasons, opened toothbrushes or used items cannot be returned unless defective.
